Refund Policy:

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no refund or cancellation will be entertained from our end, as all orders are customized and made specifically as per the customer’s requirements. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to process refunds once the order has been confirmed.

Refunds will only be initiated in the event that the order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or our inability to fulfil the order.
