Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery with no cancellation fees. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, a 10% cancellation fee will be applicable.

Please note that returns are not accepted, only cancellations are allowed. Once your cancellation is processed, your refund will be initiated accordingly.

We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
