Shipping and Delivery

We have a dedicated team to make door-step deliveries to those special people in your life. We deliver fresh roses in three cities – Bangalore, Bhopal, and Indore.
We offer various time-slots that our customers can choose according to their convenience
For same-day deliveries, the clients are required to call us, we are also available on Whatsapp.
For every occasion, find luxury options at Amberry and personalise it.
In addition to delivering the most exquisite fresh flowers, we also deliver perfumes, scented candles and Customised Vintage Frames PAN India. We need prior bookings for these products so that they reached to you just in time.

Questions answered regarding delivery:

1. What delivery options do you have?

We have several options for delivery, specially dependent on location and the item.
For flower & cakes, we provide same day delivery (if ordered before 3 pm, strictly subject to availability) and fixed time delivery (3 hours slot, needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance)
Our USP- Ambear deliveries also needs to be booked in prior. 24 hours prior works well in this case.
For other gift items, you can choose a tentative date of delivery and we will to deliver around that date.


We generally use DTDC, Blue dart etc and we are able to deliver our products within 3-5 business days in India.
In remote locations, it might take a little longer than this.

2. Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge a nominal fee for shipping and those charges are mostly applicable on the basis of distance between the workshop and delivery addresses. For PAN India products, standard courier charges are applicable.

3. Will all the items that I have purchased arrive on the same day?
No, all the items in your order may not arrive on the same day.
If we are shipping to different locations (apart from where we are based) it might take a few days. And rest, it depends on what date you have chosen for your package.

The package arrives exactly on the date you have chosen for cities we are based in.

4. How can i track my order?
Currently, there is no tracking link available for flowers and cake orders.
We are working on the same and will soon start providing a tracking option for the same.

For PAN India orders, a tracking receipt would be shared after dispatching.

5. Can there be a delay in the delivery?
At Amberry, we promise to serve you in the best possible manner and provide you with an experience that you and your loved ones can’t forget. Thus, our deliveries are timely.
Due to unforeseen circumstance like heavy traffic or road blockage, bad weather, etc, we request our customers to understand and co-operate under such situations.
